Amino acid cleaner

This tool will strip any character that is not part of the 20 amino acid short code [ACDEFGHIKLMNPQRSTVWY] or the stop symbol * (Asterisk). In addition all FASTA headers (lines starting with the ‘>’ character) will be removed. Please note that this tool will treat the input as one consecutive sequence and will not understand multiple FASTA entries.
